- Designed, planned and implemented the architecture described above from the ground up in less than 6 months with minimal service disruption while maintaining and managing the existing systems.
- Downtime on the new systems is now planned verses unplanned and measured in minutes instead of days.
- Tightened security across the board, including implementing Sonicwall PRO 4060 firewalls, multiple network security zones, strict security policies/procedures in all areas as well as promoted a general mindset of security among the IT staff and end users
- Acted as mentor to technical staff as well as a technical adviser to upper management
